ABOUT
We are excited to announce that Bicircuit Cycling Festival will again be hosting the Brompton World Championship, in Barcelona, on Saturday the 22nd of April. Brompton riders will have the opportunity to ride on Formula 1 and motor tracks of the Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit.
Competitors start the race with a Le Mans-style dash, unfolding their bikes before taking on the 14km that cover 3 laps around 4.7 km of Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit. The first person to complete the race will win a spot in the Brompton World Championship Final in central London on Saturday the 29th of July.
The dress code is city-chic with lycra sportswear most definitely not permitted. A colourful and funny suit would be a great choice for the more daring participants.
As of the 20th of February, you can register for the race on this link: http://www.bicircuit.cat/brompton-wc/ The location of the starting point will be determined depending on the date of registration so the first people to register will be the first ones to start in the race.
